Winter Storm : Scenes From the Blizzard

Millions of people are hunkering down during Winter Storm Jonas, the huge blizzard impacting Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, and hundreds of other cities. This could be the biggest winter storm in recorded history, if current predictions are accurate. It could definitely be among the top 5 in some areas, according to Weather.gov. More than 6,000 flights in affected regions have been canceled. Some cities have experienced huge power outages. In North Carolina, nearly 30,000 customers of Duke Energy lost power on Friday. About 30 million people were in regions under blizzard warnings and about a quarter of the U.S. population was in the blizzard's path, CNN reported.
